The Officials Tracker platform is software developed and owned by Unstoppable Trio Ltd and licensed for use by Sports Time Officials ("we," "us," or "our") to manage its officiating community. By creating an account and using this platform you agree to the following terms.
1. What This Platform Is
The Officials Tracker is a private web platform operated by Sports Time Officials for the exclusive use of its registered officials. It allows officials to self-report their officiating assignments, program enrollments, certifications, and profile information. Supervisors and administrators use the platform to review this data, manage schools and training programs, and communicate with officials.
2. Who Can Use This Platform
Access is restricted to individuals who have been invited or approved by Sports Time Officials. Registering does not guarantee approval. Sports Time Officials reserves the right to deactivate or delete any account at any time.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may sign in using a username and password or through your Google account via OAuth. If you use Google sign-in, you authorize us to receive your name and email address from Google for the purpose of creating and identifying your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Submitting Your Data
You may submit the following through the platform:
- Officiating event records, including school, date, sport, game level, role, location, and game fee earned
- Program and certification enrollments, including status and completion dates
- Profile information, including your name, phone number, current school affiliation, and profile picture
You agree that all information you submit is accurate and truthful. Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent records — including fabricated events or inflated game fees — may result in immediate account termination and referral to appropriate authorities.
5. Supervisor and Administrator Access
All data you submit on this platform — including your event records, enrollment history, earnings, and profile — is visible to Sports Time Officials supervisors and administrators. This is a necessary and intended feature of the platform. By using the platform you consent to this access.
6. Prohibited Uses
- You may not submit records for events you did not personally officiate
- You may not access or attempt to access another official's account
- You may not attempt to tamper with, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform
- You may not use the platform for any purpose other than managing your officiating activity with Sports Time Officials
7. Intellectual Property
The Officials Tracker software, including all code, design, and functionality, is the intellectual property of Unstoppable Trio Ltd. It is licensed to Sports Time Officials for operational use. You receive no ownership rights to the software by using this platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. Sports Time Officials and Unstoppable Trio Ltd make no guarantees regarding uptime, data retention, or fitness for a particular purpose. Neither party shall be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
9. Changes to These Terms
Sports Time Officials may update these Terms of Service at any time. The updated date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
